All students at SCC are expected to participate in a work-based learning experience that will include an introduction to all aspects of an industry, thus ensuring a broad perspective of career opportunities for students. This unpaid work experience provides students an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a real-world business/industry setting as it relates to the CTE program. The experience ranges in duration from one to fifteen days for approximately three hours per day, depending on the program.
